- Mike
Barnett
Mike will be dividing
his time between Stillwaters and Northern Lights this season. This talented
and very busy high school junior has a lot of irons in the fire, not
the least of which is a CD he released in 2004 when he was only 15.
He gets a mention on Mark O'Connor's website too.
- Lincoln
Meyers
From time to time we have the pleasure
of Lincoln's company on guitar. I love his smooth, distinctive, innovative
picking; he pays homage to many of his heroes, yet doesn't sound like
anyone else! Lincoln has a long and storied history on the New England
Music scene and he and Roger go "way back." Roger joins Lincoln
in String Alliance, composed of Lincoln, Roger, and a number of hot
pickers from Berklee School of Music in Boston. Check out his website.

- Min
GhungAsian Bistro
Amy's favorite hangout--fabulous sushi, innovative
Korean cuisine, and "sake"tinis. Appropriately,
Min Ghung means "temple" or "woman's body" in Korean;
this underground bistro was conceived
by Chef-Owner
Hey Sik Min who soon enlisted her daughter Jeein
Ha as sake sommelier and General
Manager Au Courant. Jeein is a fabulous jazz/R&B singer who put
her music career on hold temporarily to help her mom get the business
going, and they have brought a little touch of urban chic to Glastonbury..
They pour 52 varieties of premium cold sakes and feature many dishes
invented by Hey Sik Min herself. Come for the Beef Bul Go Gi or the
spicy dynamic rolls!
